Aloha, Welcome,

Pulama is the vocal/guitar duo of Jim Romano and Paula Rudman. They sing and play the music of Hawai`i in the San Francisico Bay Area.

Pulama's evocative blend of close, pure vocal harmonies with Jim's scintillating slack-key guitar has been described by one appreciative listener as "like velvet for my heart."

Jim and Paula perform their own arrangements of material including traditional and modern mele, hapa-haole songs and their own original compositions. Pulama is currently working on their debut CD, "The Song Within the Song."
